My company has (over the years) hired seven Texas septic (wastewater) installers to design and install systems in both residential and commercial properties.

VSE Septic Services was the last and unequivocally the best installer I have ever used. The system they installed is near Lake Travis, so the extra requirements and inspections were legion and onerous.

VSE Septic Services, however, patiently and professionally dealt with all the regulations and after submitting a design that was quickly approved (highly unusual), began construction. There were a few unpredictable glitches, but Sandy at VSE Septic Services resolved them all in my favor and in a timely manner. The system was finished on time and for the agreed-on price, notwithstanding the extra work, time, and paperwork.

You guys were extremely easy to work with and reliable. A fresh change compared to the rest of the construction world.

If you even think you should have your septic tank emptied, I encourage you to call them and have it done. As their man said when he saw ours, 'man, you are one chicken fried steak away from big trouble!' I will have this done every couple of years by them.

I got a cold just before Xmas and started to think about my septic which I started using 23 years ago. I called Sandy at VSE Septic Services and she advised that the system should be pumped every 7 years and my system needed to be pumped. She sent Roy over on New Year's Day and pumped out my system and I learned a lot about how my septic works. Roy is a real pro and I recommend VSE Septic Services for any issues involving septic services.

I had no clue about my system and these guys were willing to explain everything to me without treating me like an idiot. That goes a long way these days.

A grinder pump from 1992 finally failed and it was an emergency situation. Needed to be replaced quickly and the pump / tank was located in a very difficult spot. Julio replaced the pump, some electrical components, and tank floaters. Due to location and weight of the pump, he brought an assistant. The office kept me well informed and the technicians were clean, courteous, and thorough. I will update on the pump performance. Probably too much to expect that it will last 21 years! Roy was courteous, efficient and prompt. The quote given me when the appointment was made (also very promptly) was fair and accurate. I'm very pleased with the service and relieved to have it done!

These guys are great! They returned my initial call (two other companies didn't). They set an appointment within the two-day period when I needed them. They called en route. They arrived within the service window they had given me. I didn't have any drawings or plans to show where the septic tank was. But Roy, the service rep, found the buried septic tank with his first probe and the buried septic access door with his second probe. It took less than a minute for him to find where he needed to dig to uncover the access. He was done uncovering, pumping, cleaning, and closing in 45 minutes.

Called before they came. Service technician was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We ran into a minor problem with our pump-out and the service technician spent the extra time and effort to properly address the problem. I'm very satisfied with their service and will use them again next time. I'll also recommend them to my friends.

We used VSE Septic Services to inspect our septic and set up our maintenance contract (per LCRA). They were professional and got everything working very quickly. This was something we knew nothing about and we trusted VSE Septic Services to do the work at a fair price - they delivered!

The lids to the cambers were buried deeper than we thought and poor Roy worked in the hot sun for more than three hours digging it out. Risers will be put in for the future. I e-mailed the company with my inquiry for routine maintenance pumping of my septic tank. It was not an emergency. They called me back immediately, and a few hours later they had come out and completed the job. Very organized and efficient in all aspects of the job.
